Who is responsible
DAOGROUP is the software engineering practice of LIENOU and operates this website at lienougroup.com. For privacy questions, contact quy.lienougroup@gmail.com. We work remotely from Vietnam (GMT+7). This notice describes website inquiries only. Project contracts can add their own processing terms.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form or message us by email/WhatsApp, we collect the information you send: name, email, company (optional), subject, message, and technical metadata needed to run the form (time, IP used for rate-limiting). We do not buy lists or run advertising pixels on this site.
Why we use it
We use inquiry data to reply, assess fit, and keep a record of conversations you started. The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to requested business contact, and/or steps toward a contract if you ask for a proposal.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored on the server that hosts this website. If email delivery is configured, a copy is sent to our operations inbox and a confirmation is sent to you. We do not use a separate marketing platform for this site.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while the conversation is active, then for up to 24 months unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you sent us, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Email quy.lienougroup@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.
