This website is operated by DAOGROUP, the software engineering practice of LIENOU, at lienougroup.com. Using the site does not create a client relationship. Delivery, SLA, IP assignment and liability for project work are defined only in a written statement of work or contract.

Intellectual property
Site copy, layout and brand marks belong to DAOGROUP / LIENOU unless stated otherwise. Client work product is handled in the project agreement, not these website terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website or from decisions made solely on public marketing copy. Hosting is provided on our virtual private server.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live. Project contracts may specify a different venue.
